Heimat Gardens opened it's doors in January 2007.
It has been the result of a 15 year dream of mine to open a guest house on Koh Yao Yai. I have a large amount of those years away from the island working in the hotel industry in Italy.
I am fluent in Thai, German, English, I can speak a tiny bit of Italian. I am passionate about gardening, nature, and good cuisine.
Feel free to come and learn more about real Thai culture. I can always be found somewhere in the gardens!
