Accommodation
Our rooms are large and comfy. Comfort and quality are definitely a priority. Did I mention how peaceful it is to stay here? The only noise pollution will be the rustling of leaves in the tree tops from the local squirrels or birds.

All rooms include the following:
- En suite bathrooms with hot showers, western style flush toilets, and balcony
- TV and DVD players and and mini-fridges
- Remotely operated overhead fans (Air con optional)
- King-sized beds (with plenty of space for extra bedding)
- Newly furnished writing desk and wardrobe
- Balconies are complete with comfy loungers, for those perfectly still mornings...
- We can provide room-service for a small surcharge

"Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite hanno nel loro interno tutto il necessario
la posizione del "Resort" è azzeccata a nostro parere perchè , è circondato dal verde! e non è situato sulla strada.
La notte si dorme che è un piacere.
L'ambiente è tranquillo e famigliare.
Abbiamo passato 14 giorni belissimi nel febbraio 2008."

"What a great place, I could not believe I would find new, clean and modern accommodation on Koh Yao Yai but these rooms were great, and not expensive. It had all the facilities which we needed in the room and was only a 2 minute walk to the beach. I stayed in the resort for 3 nights in 2007 and will go back next time I am in Thailand.
If you are looking to get away from the crowds, but still have some comforts this is a great place to stay. I checked around the island while I was staying a definitely made the best choice.
The food in the restaurant was great too, and nothing too much for Yamalia and the staff to make our stay enjoyable."
